How to Disconnect My Shopify Store

If you need to disconnect your store from Orcai, follow these simple steps:

To disconnect your store:

  1. Click My Store in the Orcai dashboard.

  2. Choose the store you want to disconnect from the list.

  3. Toggle the store’s status off.

Your store is now disconnected from Orcai.

What happens when you disconnect?

  • Your existing generated pages will remain in your Orcai account
  • You won’t be able to import new pages to this store
  • You can reconnect at any time by adding the store again
