Referral Program Terms
Effective Date: October 20, 2025
1. Overview
The Orcai Referral Program incentivizes user participation by offering “1 free publish slot” for each qualified referral, with a maximum of 10 slots per user. New users joining through referral links also receive one complimentary slot.
2. Qualified Referrals
A referral qualifies when the new user:
- Has never previously created an Orcai account
- Signs up via your referral link
- Connects a unique Shopify store (not previously linked by you or another participant)
- Is not yourself (prohibits self-referrals and duplicate accounts)
- Complies with Orcai’s Terms of Service
3. Referral Rewards
- One publish slot awarded per qualified referral
- Referees receive one welcome slot upon signup
- Maximum earning: 10 slots total per participant
- Rewards process within 48 hours
- Slots carry no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred
4. Restrictions
Prohibited activities include:
- Self-referrals or multiple referrals of the same person
- Duplicate store additions across accounts
- Fake accounts, fraudulent stores, or automated methods
- Posting referral links on coupon sites or paid advertising
- Misrepresenting affiliation with Orcai
- Any fraudulent or abusive conduct
5. Reservation of Rights
Orcai reserves authority to verify referral legitimacy, withhold rewards for suspected fraud, and modify or terminate the program without notice.
6. Termination and Updates
Program modifications take effect immediately; continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.
