These terms (the “Referral Terms”) govern the Orcai Referral Program (“Program”) offered by Orcai (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
By participating, you agree to these Referral Terms, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

The Orcai Referral Program rewards users (Referrers) with 1 free publish slot for each Qualified Referral who signs up for Orcai and adds a valid Shopify store — up to a maximum of 10 publish slots per user.

Each new user (Referee) who joins through your referral link will also receive 1 free publish slot.

2. Qualified Referrals

A Qualified Referral is defined as a Referee who:

• Is a new user to Orcai (has not previously created an account using the same name, email, or store).

• Signs up through your referral link or another properly tracked method.

• Connects or adds a unique Shopify store to Orcai (not previously added by you or another user).

• Is not yourself (no self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fake stores).

• Complies with all applicable Orcai Terms of Service.

3. Referral Rewards

• For every Qualified Referral, the Referrer earns 1 publish slot.

• Each Referee who signs up also earns 1 publish slot as a welcome reward.

• Referrers can earn up to 10 publish slots total through this Program.

• Rewards may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account after the referral qualifies.

• Publish slots have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money.

4. Restrictions

The following actions are not allowed and may result in disqualification or removal from the Program:

• Self-referrals or referring the same person under different accounts.

• Adding the same store multiple times or across multiple accounts.

• Creating fake accounts, fake stores, or bots.

• Posting your referral link on coupon sites, public forums, or paid ads.

• Misrepresenting your relationship with Orcai or impersonating Orcai staff.

• Any other activity deemed fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.

5. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Verify the legitimacy of any referral.

• Withhold or revoke publish slots if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

• Modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time, for any reason.

• Make final and binding decisions regarding eligibility and reward allocation.

6. Termination and Updates

We may update or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
