Orcai FAQs is a no-code Shopify theme section designed to display frequently asked questions and answers about your product in a collapsible format. This section allows you to showcase a heading, a description, and multiple FAQ blocks with icons, questions, answers, and supporting images.

How to Add This Section

  1. Install the Orcai App

    • Click the “Add to Store Free” button on the Orcai app page.
    • Log in to your Shopify account and connect your store with the Orcai app.
    • After connecting, click Add and it will show as successfully added.

  2. Add the Section to Your Primary Theme

    • In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
    • Select your primary theme and click Customize.

  3. Add the Orcai FAQs Section

    • In the theme editor, click Add Section.
    • Search for “Orcai FAQs” and add it to your product template.
    • Simply drag the section to your desired position on the page.

How to Customize

  1. Access the Section Settings

    • In the theme editor, click on the Orcai FAQs section.

  2. Customize the Section

    • Update the main heading and description text
    • Add FAQ blocks with questions and answers
    • Include icons or images for visual enhancement
    • Adjust fonts, colors, and spacing

  3. Save Your Changes

    • Click Save to update your live store.
