How to Add Judge.me Reviews and Star Ratings

Judge.me is a popular Shopify app for collecting and displaying customer reviews. Here’s how to integrate it with your Orcai product pages.

Judge.me Integration

Prerequisites

Before adding Judge.me sections:

  1. Install the Judge.me app from the Shopify App Store.
  2. Enable Judge.me in the App Embed settings of your Shopify theme.

How to add Judge.me sections:

  1. Open your product page in the Orcai visual editor.

  2. Click the add section button (+) where you want to add reviews.

  3. Select a Judge.me section from the available options:

    • Review widget
    • Star rating badge
    • Review carousel

  4. The Judge.me content will display automatically based on your product reviews.

Important notes

  • Star ratings may not display for products with zero reviews. This is a Judge.me behavior.
  • Make sure Judge.me is properly configured in your Shopify admin.
  • The review data comes directly from Judge.me — you manage reviews in their dashboard.

Troubleshooting

If reviews aren’t showing:

  1. Verify Judge.me is installed and active
  2. Check App Embed settings in your theme
  3. Ensure the product has at least one review
  4. Clear your browser cache and refresh
